What is a Bollywood Cardio & Strength class?
Each 50 min Bollywood Dance Workout class is a full-body, high-intensity dance cardio workout. We work on your agility, strength, and cardio with dance, resistance bands, and weights. For beginners or pros. This class is great for losing weight and getting toned.
How we're different?
Unlike other studios, we keep our classes are small to focus on correcting your posture and form. We emphasize more on individual growth rather than keeping up with the person next to you.
What's in the class?
Our Bollywood Dance workout class is a 50 min full-body cardio and strength dance workout. When you come in, we'll go over your injuries, pains, and goals. The instructor will guide you throughout the workout by correcting your posture frequently. We'll be using resistance bands and weights. You can take a break anytime during the workout by moving side-to-side.
