Samapadam - Keep your feet together pointed forwarded and keep your back straight back straight.
Aramandi - “Ara” means half, “Mandi” means sit. The word Aramandi literally means half sit! Your heels point towards each other, while your toes point to opposite side. Your feet should be placed in a straight line. (This one is the hardest)
Murumandi - “Muru” means full, “Mandi” means sit. The word Murumandi means full sit! Spread your knees apart while sitting as low as possible. Your heels are elevated while the toes are pointing in opposite directions.
