How to Shake Your Hips in 45 Seconds

Typically people move their hips side to side and it creates a stiff movement. Here's how to shake your hips properly.

Lift your dominant heel up and bend your knee. Move your hip up to the side that your heel is raised. Then bring it back down to the opposite side. Keep practicing a few times until you can go fast and smooth.
